So, like any other professionals, people in construction requires the needed skills and knowledge. Otherwise, how else KLCC Twin Tower for example can build? Or Al-Burj in Dubai? Even the houses or condos or apartments that we live in?

Hanging here and there or just laid on the ground. Dangerous stuff. More dangerous if people involved in the project has got now skills or knowledge on being safe at work, eh?
