On my second day on the LRT, I noticed that the graffitis on the wall beside the big drain has been painted on with white paint. You know, having graffitis on some neglected places are not a bad idea after all. Because then the City Hall people will finally do their job! So I say, get more graffitis on those neglected area. The queer the better. Obscenities will definitely score the promptness action, believe me. But hey, don't take my word for it. For all I know, the MPs and representatives will be more into debating where they should organise their meetings, eh?
Anyway, today as early as 8:30am, I heard the first police siren. Just a moment ago the second one. I wonder what is going on? Are they chasing criminals or protestors? Or just another so called "very important person" is in a big car using the particular road. Somehow I prefer the former than the latter because it shows that our police force are doing a tangible work. Rather than just making way for someone so that he or she can be "important" and make other people feel less important. Blurgh.
Good samaritans. Where do we need them exactly? Don't we prefer to have them yelling at or chasing away the handbag snatcher or mat rempits? Yesterday a couple of "good samaritans" yelled across the KLCC LRT station from the opposite train to yours truly for bringing in Burger King's Blackcurrent drink into the train. I walked out from the train and threw the drink, an action that I regretted the moment it plopped into the bin though, and walked back into the train. I could've just stopped sipping the drink and smiled sweetly at them or just raised the cup to them eh? Hmm.. maybe I should bring another drink today and see if anyone else yell across the platform. Hmmm...
Truth is, I forgot that we are unallowed to drink or eat in the train. So, in a way, I'm saying thanks to the yeller for reminding me.

New Beginning
Today is my first day at Games Retisuce. My workstation is by the window. Not exactly a nice view, but at least I am not stucked in the middle of the room. My place is kinda separated from the others, giving a "superior" feeling to it. Ha ha ha.. Perasan la tuh...
Anyway, I can see the twin tower from where I'm sitting and the Maxis tower clock is at 5:22 now. After soooooooo long driving to work, today I took the LRT. I have forgotten how the morning crowd could be, and now I remember how the going home crowd will err... smell. He he he...
At this moment, it's raining heavily. By 4pm today, I've heard a total of five times of either the police siren or the ambulance. I know I sound kinda "jakun" but hey, I haven't work in the town for almost six years already! The last time I came to work in KL, Aquaria was not even in planned. I think. He he he...
So, no task for me today. It's been a boring day of reading documentation, which I hardly concentrate on. I spent the time downloading "neccessary" tools of communications and of course the ever essential Acrobat Reader. Checking emails and MyLatioClub forum that have been neglected for ages! And finally just before writing this post, I updated the look and feel of my new desktop... change the colour and wallpaper. Now, my wallpaper is the "Stairway to Heaven" which can be downloaded here. Nice cooling view.
So, if any of my fellow lepaking buddies are around the area, gimme a holler and we can catch up. By the way, my new white shirt, caught sprinkles of curry on its virgin run today during lunch. Never, ever eat curry mee when you're wearing light coloured clothing. A rule that I forgotten today, in my haste not to eat rice. Duh.
Hmmm... Heavy rain is equivalent to traffic jams and probably LRT getting puncture (hope not!). I might just loiter around Suria... Any takers? ANYONE?

Those participating will go to a certain location (Freeze Point) and 'freeze' for a few minutes. Just like in the youtube videos. That is all you do.
If you don't understand that, then I hope you are not a registered voter.
We will meet at Gathering Point 2.30pm (a location near our Freeze Point) for time syncronization and a quick briefing. Because this rooted from an international movement, you have to be punctual. Seriously.
Location for Gathering Point will be revealed at 11pm on 11th April. It will be revealed on this event page, http://RandomAlphabets.com/ and private message only to those Attending and Maybe Attending.
It HAS to remain a secret till then. HAS to. Or all will fail and the Ring won't make it to Mordor.
Don't worry. It will be a place conveniently accessible by public transport. Bus, train, taxi and penyapu terbang.

Comment ça va?
I've taken up French.
Yes, you read that correctly the first time. I haven't attended any classes yet. I just bought the "Teach Yourself" kit from Borders. So far, I've completed two units, and things are progressing well. I hope I'll stay to the program. He he he...
To whosoever that already speaks French fluently, or also in learning mode, let me know. I need someone to practice with. I'm getting Capal Perak to learn with me. To no avail, so far. Although, he kinda likes it when I showed some dialogues for lovers. Ha ha ha... Man.
Anyway, there is a reason for French. The future patron hinted something along the line. So, I'm answering the call, so to speak. Abah seems happy that I'm taking the initiative to learn a new language. He used to ask me to learn Chinese (a.k.a Mandarin) but I was never able to get pass "ni ho ma - ni ho".
This kit that I'm using has two CDs and the workbook. I'm also using the online resources; the dictionary at www.french-linguistic.co.uk, the translation page at freetranslation.com (not to be taken 100% correct), frenchmalaysia.com (although they haven't been updating the site since maybe 2006), and rocketlanguage.com for the 6 days free package. If you have any other online resources, let me know. I'm also "reading" francegazette.com; as suggested by the kit.
My next purchase will be the French-English dictionary. Owh.. I'm listening to Axelle Red, a Belgian singer. Her voice is very nice. Her song, j t'attends, is one of the homework from frenchmalaysia.com. Interesting. Now I'm listening to another song by her, Sensualite. I like this song. Closer to home. He he he...

My second meet today was to finalise few things. Personal details, expected figure. Syukur alhamdulillah, I am thankful that the Lord's blessing was on me. I am satisfied with the package.
One person who was already informed of the impending event said I look unenthusiastic with the prospect. She claimed I should be overjoyed and smiling from ear to ear. Well, akak sengih dalam hati la dek non. Gumbira hati akak ni haaa... hehehe... I just do not want to forget who really gave me this opportunity. ;-)
Anyway, I am supposed to write a "Letter of Motivation". I should say why I want to be part of the team and what value can I bring in. I was told to take the weekend to prepare it. I thought of sending it during lunch hour, now I'm thankful that I was asked to take my time. Not everyday people let you have your own way, eh?
If everything works as the planned schedule, I should be getting THE letter end of next working week and I'll be sending THE letter on the same day. Feeling a little queasy because I do like Pudica. The people that I work with are exceptional. But I guess, it is time to move on. I do not want leave my future to other people to decide. I should decide for my future, not anyone else.
